1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

1.1. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the DekhoCampus website, mobile site, applications and related services (collectively, the "Platform"), operated by [Legal Entity Name], having its registered office at [Address, Delhi, India] ("DekhoCampus", "we", "us", "our").

1.2. By accessing, browsing, registering on or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

1.3. These Terms are binding upon you and, where applicable, your heirs, representatives, successors, and permitted assigns.

2. Eligibility

2.1. You represent and warrant that you are:

• Competent to enter into a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872; and
• At least 18 years of age; or using the Platform under the supervision of your parent/legal guardian, who has agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

2.2. If you are using the Platform on behalf of any other person, minor, or entity, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on their behalf and that they agree to be bound by these Terms.

3. About DekhoCampus and Nature of Services

3.1. DekhoCampus is an education information and guidance platform that helps students and parents:

• Discover colleges, universities, courses, exams and related information;
• Understand admission processes, eligibility, fees, scholarships and other parameters;
• Connect with DekhoCampus counselors for guidance; and
• Where applicable, receive support in shortlisting institutions and in filling/tracking applications to certain institutions.

3.2. DekhoCampus is not an examination body, university, college, or government authority. It does not:

• Grant admissions, degrees, diplomas or certificates;
• Guarantee admission, seat allotment, scholarships, fee waivers, or placements; or
• Represent that any particular college/university will offer admission to you.

3.3. All admission decisions, eligibility assessments, scholarship grants and other academic/administrative decisions are made solely by the respective educational institutions or authorities. DekhoCampus has no control over and does not assume responsibility for such decisions.

4. User Registration and Accounts

4.1. To access certain features or services, you may be required to create an account and provide information such as your name, mobile number, email address, academic details, and preferences.

4.2. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current and complete information;
• Keep your information updated at all times; and
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and restrict access to your account.

4.3. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. If you suspect any unauthorized use of your account, you must notify DekhoCampus immediately at support@dekhocampus.com.

4.4. DekhoCampus reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account or access to the Platform if any information provided by you is found to be false, misleading, incomplete, or in violation of these Terms or applicable laws.

5. Permitted Use and Prohibited Activities

5.1. You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

5.2. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, you agree not to:

• Copy, scrape, crawl, mine, download (in bulk), reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, resell, or otherwise exploit any content, data, or material on the Platform for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform, servers, systems or networks.
• Use bots, crawlers, scripts, browser plugins, or any automated means to access, monitor, or interact with the Platform.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Upload, post, transmit or share any content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, obscene, harassing, hateful, invasive of privacy, or otherwise objectionable.
• Upload or transmit any content that infringes any third-party intellectual property or proprietary rights.
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any other code intended to damage or interfere with the Platform or any user.
• Use the Platform in any manner that violates any applicable law, regulation, or governmental order.

5.3. DekhoCampus has the right (but not the obligation) to monitor your use of the Platform and to remove or disable access to any content or account that, in its sole discretion, appears to violate these Terms or applicable law.

6. Communications and Consent

6.1. By submitting your contact details on the Platform (including mobile number, email address, WhatsApp number), you expressly consent to DekhoCampus and its authorized partners contacting you through:

• Phone calls;
• SMS / text messages;
• WhatsApp messages;
• Emails; and
• In-app notifications,

in relation to colleges, courses, exams, counseling, admission assistance, scholarships, events, and other services or updates relevant to your profile and interests.

6.2. You understand and agree that this consent may apply even if your number is registered on the Do Not Disturb (DND/NCPR) registry, as permitted under applicable TRAI regulations, subject to DekhoCampus maintaining appropriate consent records.

6.3. You may opt out of promotional communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in the communication or by writing to support@dekhocampus.com. However, DekhoCampus may still send you transactional or service-related communications (for example, regarding active applications, counseling sessions, or account security).

7. Information, Content and Accuracy

7.1. Information about colleges, courses, exams, fees, rankings, scholarships, placements and other content on the Platform may be compiled from:

• Official institutional websites and brochures;
• Publicly available sources;
• Third-party partners; and
• DekhoCampus's own editorial analysis.

7.2. While DekhoCampus attempts to keep information accurate and up to date, it does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, reliability, or timeliness of any information. Institutions may change policies, fees, deadlines, or criteria without prior notice.

7.3. You are strongly advised to verify critical information directly from official institutional or regulatory sources before making any decisions based on information available on the Platform.

8. User Content, Reviews and Testimonials

8.1. The Platform may allow you to submit reviews, comments, questions, testimonials, documents, or other content ("User Content").

8.2. By submitting User Content, you represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to the User Content;
• The User Content is based on your genuine experience or opinion where applicable;
• The User Content does not violate any third-party rights or any applicable law; and
• The User Content does not contain defamatory, obscene, hateful, or otherwise unlawful material.

8.3. You grant DekhoCampus a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, translate, distribute, display and otherwise exploit the User Content, in whole or in part, in any media, for the purposes of operating, improving, and promoting the Platform and DekhoCampus's services.

8.4. DekhoCampus may, but is not obligated to, monitor, edit or remove User Content that it considers, in its sole discretion, to be unlawful, offensive, inaccurate or in violation of these Terms.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

9.1. Unless otherwise stated, all content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, videos, software, design, layout, and overall "look and feel" is the intellectual property of DekhoCampus and/or its licensors, and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

9.2. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial use only, strictly in accordance with these Terms.

9.3. You shall not:

• Copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works from the Platform or its content;
• Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices; or
• Use any trade name, trademark, logo or other branding of DekhoCampus without our prior written consent.

10. Third-Party Content, Partners and Links

10.1. The Platform may contain:

• Information, logos, and content belonging to third-party colleges, universities, coaching institutes, or other partners; and
• Links to third-party websites, applications or services.

10.2. Such third-party content and links are provided for your convenience and information only. DekhoCampus does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for:

• The accuracy or completeness of third-party information;
• The privacy practices or content of third-party websites or apps; or
• Any transactions, dealings, or disputes between you and any third party.

10.3. Your use of third-party sites, services or content is at your own risk and subject to the terms and policies of those third parties.

11. Fees, Payments and Refunds

11.1. Certain services on the Platform (such as premium counseling, paid application support, value-added services, etc.) may be chargeable. Details of fees, applicable taxes, and payment terms will be displayed at the point of purchase or communicated separately.

11.2. Unless otherwise specified:

• Payments shall be made on a 100% advance basis; and
• Fees paid are non-refundable, except where DekhoCampus, at its sole discretion, decides to process a full or partial refund.

11.3. Payments may be processed through third-party payment gateways. DekhoCampus is not responsible for:

• Any technical issues, failures or errors with payment gateways; or
• Any unauthorized or fraudulent use of your payment instruments.

11.4. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information and for all applicable taxes, including GST, levies or duties imposed by applicable law.

11.5. In case of any excess payment or genuine grievance regarding charges, you may write to support@dekhocampus.com within 15 days of the transaction for review. Refund decisions will be made at the sole discretion of DekhoCampus management.

12. Data Protection and Privacy

12.1. Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, share and protect your personal information.

12.2. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy, including sharing your contact details and profile information with partner colleges, universities, coaching institutes, and other education service providers when you express interest in their offerings.

12.3. DekhoCampus takes reasonable measures to protect your personal data but cannot guarantee absolute security against unauthorized access, hacking, or data breaches.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

13.1. The Platform and all information, content, products and services made available through it are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied.

13.2. Without limiting the foregoing, DekhoCampus does not warrant that:

• The Platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free;
• Any information obtained through the Platform will be accurate, reliable, or complete; or
• Any defects or errors will be corrected.

13.3. DekhoCampus disclaims all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or compatibility with any devices, systems, or browsers, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

13.4. No guarantee of admission, placement or results: DekhoCampus does not guarantee that any student will secure admission to any institution, obtain any scholarship, or achieve any specific academic or career outcome. All such outcomes depend on multiple factors including institutional selection criteria, student merit, competition, and individual effort.

14. Limitation of Liability

14.1. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DekhoCampus, its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; or
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses,

arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, reliance on any information, or any interactions or transactions with third parties.

14.2. To the extent liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, DekhoCampus's total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, shall in no event exceed the amount actually paid by you to DekhoCampus for the specific paid service giving rise to the claim in the preceding 12 months, if any.

14.3. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, the above limitations may not apply to you, and DekhoCampus's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

15. Indemnity

15.1. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless DekhoCampus, its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to:

• Your use of or access to the Platform;
• Any breach of these Terms or applicable law by you;
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights; or
• Any User Content submitted or shared by you.

16. Termination and Suspension

16.1. DekhoCampus reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of these Terms;
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity;
• Non-payment of fees;
• At your request; or
• For operational or business reasons.

16.2. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including but not limited to Sections 9, 13, 14, 15, and 17) shall survive.

16.3. You may terminate your account at any time by writing to support@dekhocampus.com. Any fees paid prior to termination are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

17.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

17.2. Subject to Section 17.3 below, the courts at Delhi, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform.

17.3. Arbitration (Optional): Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination or invalidity thereof, may, at the option of DekhoCampus, be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator appointed by DekhoCampus, and the seat and venue of arbitration shall be Delhi, India. The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitrator's award shall be final and binding on both parties.

18. Changes to the Terms

18.1. DekhoCampus reserves the right to modify, update or replace these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting the revised Terms on the Platform with an updated "Last updated" date.

18.2. Your continued use of the Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. You are advised to review these Terms periodically.

18.3. If any change is unacceptable to you, your only remedy is to discontinue use of the Platform.

19. Severability and Waiver

19.1. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if such modification is not possible, such provision shall be severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

19.2. No waiver by DekhoCampus of any breach or default of these Terms shall be deemed a waiver of any subsequent breach or default. Failure or delay by DekhoCampus to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

20. Entire Agreement

20.1. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other policies or guidelines published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and DekhoCampus regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations and warranties, both written and oral.

21.3. The Grievance Officer shall acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and resolve the complaint within 15 days from the date of receipt, or such other timeframe as may be prescribed under applicable law.

22. Acknowledgment

22.1. By clicking "I Accept", registering for an account, or using the Platform, you acknowledge that:

• You have read and understood these Terms and Conditions in full;
• You agree to be bound by these Terms;
• You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement; and
• You consent to communications and data sharing as described in these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
