JIMS, GREATER NOIDA Eligibility

JIMS has mentioned properly all the eligibility criteria for all the respective subjects. As for the B.Tech students they must have passed in their intermediate exams from any recognized board along with a valid IPU CET JEE Main score. For the BBA the student must have passed 12th in relevant discipline from any recognized board and must possess valid IPU CET scores. Similarly, is in the case of B.COM (Hons) and BCA. Whereas in case of BBA+LLB the candidate must have passed in hisher intermediate exams with minimum of 50% total marks along with valid scores in CLAT.

There you will easily get the admission form then the students have to fill their basic details regarding 10th, 12th and graduation. 

After that candidate is asked to pay the application fees.

So, this is the very initial stage of application in JIMS for admission. Later on, the students get shortlisted then they are assigned for different courses. Last round goes with counselling of the students then their educational programme starts.

JIMS has launched a career development center (CDC), for better placements of the students. The institute organizes seminars, conferences, summer training, firm visits, and other corporate events throughout the year. The commencement of placement process starts as the institute invites top corporates for campus selection in the month of September every year. Roughly, 118 students got placed during the JIMS placements trail in reputed corporations with the highest package of RS 4 LPA.

JIMS, GREATER NOIDA Scholarship

JIMS provides several financial aid under the Jagannath Gupta Memorial Educational Society in the form of “Merit-cum-Means Scholarship”. The provision is applied for the students applying for admission in Batch 2023-25. The courses like PGDMPGDMPGDM, calls for eligibility minimum 80% marks in CAT exam and minimum of 70% marks in class 10th, 12th and graduation. In this case the student gets Rs.50,000- for payment which is to be done in instalments. 

Basically, the scholarship system focuses upon the past academic records and performance during the program. For the B.Com students 60% marks in graduation is needed and the scholarship amount is Rs. 1lakh to be paid in six different instalments.

Whereas while talking about the scholarship based on performance during the programme then merit scholarships are allotted to the students on the basis of their performance. But there are some eligibility criteria as minimum of 65% marks aggregate in each trimester examination is necessary, along with minimum 75% of attendance is necessary.

In JIMS the campus life of students is well sorted as they have a very clear and planned way of management for the girls and the boys. All of them have a proper ambience as they provide playgrounds, libraries, medical rooms, all department dedicated labs for the students to dedicate their time in exploring their knowledge.

As the JIMS have a very refined management and technique of division of students in their hostels they have mentioned everything very clearly. The male hostel possess facilities like Wi-Fi, Laundary, Mess, Gym and other sports like badminton, chess etc, and the charges include mess charges in them. Thye have to pay Rs.1lakh- per year for residing their in the hostel campus. 

Whereas, in case of girls the female hostel also provides all the necessary facilities like Wi-Fi, Mess, Gym, sports and best medical facilities. The final hostel fees has mess charges included in it as it posses healthy food with proper sanitation. 

The most significant issue about the security of the students specially, female students is taken care of by the application of cctv cameras, security gaurds and wardons who monitor their daily routine.
