MHT CET 2026 Exam Dates, Registration, Pattern & Syllabus

The MHT CET 2026 exam schedule for PCM and PCB groups has been formally issued by the Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test Cell. In order to provide students with greater freedom and lessen the overall exam strain, the exam will be divided into two sessions. The official CET Cell website, cetcell.mahacet.org, now has the comprehensive schedule.
As per the notification, the PCM exams will be conducted from April 11–19, 2026, and again from May 14–17, 2026. The PCB exams will be held from April 21–26, 2026, and May 10–11, 2026.

Registration & Eligibility
Registration for MHT CET 2026 is anticipated to start in December 2025. Applications are open to students who have passed or are enrolled in Class 12. For engineering studies, candidates must choose PCM, and for pharmacy or health science courses, PCB. The official website, cetcell.mahacet.org, will provide all of the registration information.
Exam Pattern
The exam will be computer-based, with no negative marking.
