    • Office Assistant: Typically 18–28 years
    • Officer Scale I: 18–30 years
    • Officer Scale II / III: Higher age brackets (e.g. up to ~40 years) depending on experience and specialization.

  • Relaxation in age is applicable for reserved categories (SC/ST/OBC/PwBD) as per norms.

6. Important Tips & How Aspirants Should Prepare Now

  • Since the preliminary exams for PO and Clerk are near, aspirants must finalize revision, take mock tests, and work on speed + accuracy.

  • Focus on sectional cutoffs—don’t over-invest time in one subject at the cost of others.

  • Stay alert for admit card releases, and regularly check the IBPS website for updates.

  • Keep all required documents ready (photo ID proofs, etc.) before exam day.

  • Monitor official notifications, as dates or processes may undergo slight changes (though such changes are rare after the calendar is out).
