Roles & Responsibilities

As an Associate Engineer - Global IT Helpdesk, you will be responsible for:

•  Providing 24/7 IT support via chat, calls, and ticketing systems.
•  Offering L1 support for frequently used applications like MS Office, Zoom, VPN, Box, and SharePoint.
•  Troubleshooting technical issues using remote desktop connections.
•  Handling user access management, including modifying email distribution lists and Active Directory groups.
•  Performing software installations and repairs.
•  Documenting and escalating tickets in the ServiceNow ticketing tool.
• Ensuring all support requests are handled within the Service Level Agreement (SLA).
•  Providing prompt responses to emails and IT queries.

Eligibility Criteria

To apply for this role, you should meet the following criteria:

✔ Education: BE/B.Tech, BSc/MSc (IT & Computer Science), BCA/MCA.
✔ Academic Performance: Minimum 60% marks throughout academics, with no standing arrears.
✔ Experience: 0 – 2 years in IT support, service desk, or troubleshooting.
✔ Skills Required:

• Basic knowledge of Windows OS (Win 10 & 11).

• Familiarity with networking concepts.

• Understanding of email clients, MS Office, and Office 365.

• Exposure to technical troubleshooting and IT service desk operations.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  ✔ Availability to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
