Roles and Responsibilities

As a New Associate – Record to Report, your responsibilities will include:

1. Financial Operations Support: Assisting in financial data collection, analysis, and reconciliation of transactions.

2. Journal Entries & Balance Sheets: Posting journal entries, preparing balance sheet reconciliations, and reviewing financial entries.

3. Cash Forecasting & Reporting: Preparing cash flow statements and generating financial reports for audits.

4. Inventory Accounting Operations: Managing material stocks, tracking inventory movements, and ensuring accurate valuation of stock.

5. Compliance & Audits: Supporting month-end closing activities, compliance checks, and audit processes.

6. ERP Systems Management: Working with JD Edwards, OneStream, SAP FICO, and MM Modules for seamless financial reporting.

What Are We Looking For?

• Strong knowledge of ERP systems, preferably JD Edwards, OneStream, and SAP S4 HANA.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analytics.

• Strong communication skills and ability to adapt to new processes.

• Experience in Oil & Gas Industry / Hydrocarbon Accounting is an added advantage.

• Ability to handle month/year-end closing procedures effectively.

Key Responsibilities in Hydrocarbon Accounting

• Fuel Order Processing (FOP): Ensuring accurate fuel product movement tracking and timely recording of deliveries.

• Inventory Reconciliation (IR): Matching physical and system inventory records to maintain accuracy.

• Month-End Activities & Reporting (MECR): Ensuring accurate cost recording, compliance adherence, and audit support.
