Galgotiyas University Eligibility Criteria

There are several criteria according to the courses offered at Galgotias University. As in Undergraduate level courses like B.Sc(Hons), B.Tech, B.Com (Hons.), BA (Hons), and BJMC, the eligibility is 12th with a minimum of 50% marks with science stream. Whereas intermediate graduates with 60% marks in PCM or up to 5 Lakh rank in JEE Mains are eligible for the B.Tech course. Students interested in BA (Hons.) just have to get 50% marks in the total best four subjects but for applying in BA LLB The students must have intermediate graduate with 50% marks or 45% marks in aggregate with CLATLSAT score. In the course of LLM, the students have to acquire 50% marks in LLB and had to qualify Law School Admission Test (India). In the certificate course 10th grade qualification along with a minimum of 45% of marks. 

Galgotiyas University Selection Criteria

The selection criteria purely hold its significance as per the courses offered. The courses like B.Tech, BA LLB, OR LLM need a minimum of 50% of marks in intermediate or graduate level along with CLAT, LSAT, and JEE Mains scorecards. Whereas the diploma courses and certificate courses have different criteria of selection. 

Galgotiyas University Admission Process

At Galgotias University there are two modes of application for admission. Firstly, the students can apply Online mode:

Once the form is filled correctly, click on the “Submit” button.

The students are asked to pay the application fees through Axis Bank payment gateway. 

Pay the fee with Debit or Credit card.

After successful submission of the form, students will be sent an email or SMS for confirmation of the registration. 

Offline Mode

There is a walk-in procedure as well for the students in Galgotias University. There the students are asked to pay their registration fees in DD or Cash after filling the form. The selection procedure goes on as:

The students applying for B.Tech are admitted on the basis of score in JEE Mains and UPSEE.

Whereas for the B.Arch students they have to score at NATA in which they must score at least 80 marks out of 200. 

In LLM, admission is based on the candidate’s performance in the All India Entrance Test conducted by the University.

The students of Galgotias University have a properly subdivided hostel for boys and girls. The boys have Ac rooms with twin occupancy and Non-Ac rooms with twin occupancy at approximately Rs. 1,32,000 to Rs.1,68,000 per annum. Whereas the girls have triple occupancy with attached washrooms in Ac and Non-Ac rooms under Rs.1.32,000 to Rs.1,68,000 per annum.
